- Airport transfers are provided only for travelers arriving on the same flight at the same airport with the group.
- A credit card may be required at hotel check-in for room charges.
- Roommate matching is available but not guaranteed.
- If no match is found, you must upgrade to a single occupancy room.
- A copy of your passport is required for ticketing.
- McXotic Tours is not responsible for errors in names or ticket changes.
- All reservations must be made under the same name as on your travel document.
- Full itineraries are provided 45 days before the trip.
- Changes incur a $100 fee and are not allowed within 45 days of departure.
- Cancellations must be made using the official cancellation form.
- McXotic Tours reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide a full refund.
If airfare is not specifically mentioned in the trip highlights, it is not included in the package. However, if airfare is listed and you select a package that includes it, your round-trip airfare from the United States will be covered.
All travel members journeying with the group is required to purchase travel insurance. It’s a way to help protect your travel investments, belongings, health, safety and losses related to your travel. Please email us for a quote or purchase on your own. With the Flexi Payment Plan, once your deposit is received, you’ll get a recurring invoice, and payments will be automatically charged to your card every 30 days. If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period to resolve it. If your final invoice extends beyond the payment deadline, the billing date will be adjusted to ensure compliance. This plan is only available if you choose it instead of paying in full.
Completing the Passenger Information Form is required to finalize your registration. This ensures we have accurate details for your hotel accommodations and any applicable flights.
If you’re booking within 45 days of departure, we recommend reserving a single-occupancy room. If you’d like a roommate match, email us after booking. While we’ll do our best, we can’t guarantee availability within this timeframe. If a match is found later, you’ll be refunded the difference between single and double occupancy rates (minus any third-party fees).
